Masticating Juicers
This group of juicers produces far less foam than the average and the output of these juicers is often thicker than the output of most other juicers and as such they are good appliances to use when you want to make sauces, baby food or sorbets and ice creams. There are both single gear and twin gear masticating juicers. The single gear masticating juicers use a single, slow turning auger to crush or mash the produce into the screens of your juicer and/or the walls of your juicer. These juicers can accommodate a large selection of production types as they are extremely versatile. The juicers first grate the produce, then they masticate it and finally they juice it to ensure that what they dispense is what you require. The auger turns very slowly and as such can be appropriate for coarse and fine output, should you require that. Masticating juicers are the type of juicers that masticate or chew the produce which is fed into them, as opposed to the juicers which use a faster rotation cycle. These juicers are adept at producing homogenized products as well as creating healthy juice. Masticating juicers can also make products like nut butters or shaved ice when you use the right arrangement of screens.
